Iyengar Yoga, named for B. K. S. Iyengar, is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment.
Open to beginner and intermediate students, this class introduces and builds on principles of alignment and stability, mobility, and balance. They are intended for students new to yoga, those returning to their practice, or seeking to deepen their existing practice with more precise instructions. Iyengar Yoga is for every age, body type, and fitness level. You will discover a safe and systematic progression of study to develop your skills and abilities, within each class and from class to class.
