Yoga for Stress Relief
A spin on our “Yoga At Home” series, this course will focus on stress relief. Led by Sara Ivanhoe, Director of Yoga USC. These classes take into consideration that we all have limited space, time and zoom fatigue, yet aim to relieve stress, increase vitality and create a safe space to move and be still, to breathe and let go. Iyengar Yoga with Laura Baker
A virtual spin of our USC Fishbowl Iyengar Yoga class facilitated by Laura Baker. Mondays at 12pm Pacific Open and free to all USC students, staff, faculty, alums. "Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The use of breathing and focus can help relieve stress and anxiety.
