Yoga for Stress Relief

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 14, 2021
A spin on our “Yoga At Home” series, this course will focus on stress relief. Led by Sara Ivanhoe, Director of Yoga USC. These classes take into consideration that we all have limited space, time and zoom fatigue, yet aim to relieve stress, increase vitality and create a safe space to move and be still, to breathe and let go. Wednesdays at 4:30pm PST.
