Kundalini Yoga is often described as the technology of awareness — that through the practice it can heighten your awareness and raise your consciousness so we can operate in the world with ease and grace. It works by combining breath, movement, and mantra each posture building systematically on top of the previous posture to have a specific designed effect in your body. It is a beautiful recipe that nourishes the body leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, recalibrated, as though every cell of your being is dancing — feeling completely alive and ready to take on the world so you can live to your highest potential. This practice is for every and is actually known as a householder’s practice as the techniques can be applied into you daily life.
