Spring Blossom Yoga
Wednesdays at 12pm in the URC Fishbowl Classes will focus on physical fitness and health. This class will also focus on connecting to our center and finding peace through meditation-in-movement. This 60-minute vinyasa class is a fun and well-balanced, yet challenging flow. It is a moving meditation that will be focused on the breath. The sequence includes a thorough, juicy warm-up followed by a graceful standing flow with some arm balance and core work for added spice. Often this class will culminate in a peak pose.
