Yoga resources for USC and the community
An event every month that begins at 5:00 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until October 15, 2020

In solidarity with Black Lives Matter, and in light of on-going injustices towards BIPOC, this new meditation series will focus on awareness of self, and how one relates to movements for justice. Participants will learn to operate from a mindfulness point of view, while acting in alignment with their values.
Presented by Yoga USC, Dornsife Physical Education & the Office for Religious & Spiritual Life.
Every session will include breathing and meditation practice (no yoga this time). Participants will be encouraged to practice each technique until the next technique is introduced, which will total approximately 120 days of solidarity.
