Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that flows from pose to pose, fueled by the breath. This class is taught by Jennie Ostendorf on Thursdays at 5:30pm PST. In this 60-minute class, prepare to drop into your body through movement; connect with your breath; and build strength, mobility, and resilience on and off the mat. Come to class as you are, leave feeling a little lighter and ready to take on whatever life has in store for you. This class is accessible for all levels—whether it’s your 1st yoga class or your 1000th.
